  Came here for lunch on Valentine's Day. There is a gentle buzz about the place. Quiet jazz playing while we sat in the conservatory area. It was busy but not noisy.
  The service was unhurried. We choose from the a la carte menu. Our steaks arrived promptly and correctly cooked. Good portions of sides.
  We had desserts, which were tasty but not too large, perfect after the large mains. Bill for two mains, desserts and soft drinks under £45. We were there just under two hours.
  Highly recommended.

  I went there two years ago and the menu was average. Since returning in 2017 they have updated the menu with a wider range of food. The new menu is much better and the portions are a bit larger than before. Would definitely return to try out the other dishes.

  Had the best meal in ages. Steak done to perfection, good selection of food and drinks. Waitress was friendly, helpful but not over bearing. A really nice evening
